Mysterious Worlds

a Sci-Fi Campaign Setting

Welcome to the Mysterious Worlds Campaign setting!
Here you will find all the info and background of the Mysterious Worlds Sci-Fi campaign setting. The year is 2251 and earth has colonized most of the planets in our solar system. We have not ventured out into the galaxy yet, due to the amount of time it would take to travel the next closest star. In the last several generations, many mutants have started to appear.   I am hoping to work on two separate campaign settings. One involved with the new mutants appearances, and the other to do with the exploration of deep space ( with the newly invented star-drive engine )

I will be using Alternity RPG system to play the campaigns within my setting.  Most of the data within the site, will be generalized, except for the actual running of the campaign's.  I have done this, so that others that use other ( lesser ) systems may easily use this background data to create their own games.
